These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The Service contains adult content and is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account, subscribe to a Creator, or publish content on World Fan Club. We require identity and age verification for all Creators before they are allowed to publish content or receive payments, and we reserve the right to request identity verification from any user at any time.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date. World Fan Club may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

3. Creators and Content

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. By publishing content on the Platform, a Creator grants World Fan Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. Creators represent and warrant that they own or have the necessary rights to all content they publish, and that all individuals appearing in their content are 18 years of age or older and have given informed consent to being depicted and distributed on the Platform.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

World Fan Club has a zero-tolerance policy for the following, and will remove content, suspend accounts and report to the relevant authorities where required by law:

• Content depicting or implying the participation of minors in any sexual or exploitative context;
• Non-consensual content, including content shared without the consent of everyone depicted, and non-consensual intimate imagery;
• Content involving violence, coercion, human trafficking, or bestiality;
• Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties;
• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability or nationality;
• Fraud, impersonation, spam, or attempts to circumvent our payment systems.

5. Subscriptions, Tips and Payments

Fans may subscribe to Creators, purchase pay-per-view content, or send tips. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe and Mercado Pago; World Fan Club does not store your full payment card details. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Creators receive a share of the revenue generated through their content, subject to the commission and payout terms described in their Creator dashboard. All amounts are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law or at World Fan Club's sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property and Takedown Requests

World Fan Club respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright or other rights, please send a detailed takedown request, including proof of ownership and the location of the infringing content, to contato@worldfanclub.com. We will review and act on valid requests in accordance with applicable law.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or if required by our payment processors or hosting providers. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, World Fan Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from content published by third parties on the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. [Legal entity name and CNPJ to be added by the platform operator prior to publication.]
